Egg casserole with broccoli is a great idea for Breakfast or dinner! This easy and healthy dish can be prepared in advance and take with you for a snack.

  1. Prepare the vegetables-grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the broccoli. Lightly fry the vegetables in a pan and let them cool. Grate the cheese. Chop the oat flakes. Beat eggs with a whisk, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground oatmeal and grated cheese. Mix the fried vegetables with the egg mixture. Put the mass on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until ready at 180C (about 10 minutes). The finished pudding cut into pieces a La carte.
