This salad is very quickly prepared, the only thing you need to boil carrots in advance. So, let’s prepare our ingredients.
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the carrots into cubes.
In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add salt to taste. Pour sunflower oil. Mix it. You can eat right away, but it’s better to let it brew for 15 minutes. All the ingredients will change flavors.
