Instructions
We cut the Peking cabbage into quarters, I prefer large, so I buy large cabbage. Place on a large plate or bowl.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, water, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix it. Pour our cabbage and leave for 10 minutes.
Preheat the pan and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Place on a serving platter.
Pepper cut into strips and fry in a small amount of olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Put the Peking cabbage on top.
Chop the mushrooms and also fry in a small amount of olive oil and soy sauce. Put the bell pepper on top.
Cut tomatoes into quarters and fry quickly. You can add a little salt. We spread it on our dish.
I wash a few sprigs of dill and finely chop. Sprinkle the salad on top. Ready!
