The male half of our family does not understand such salads, and my daughter and I really like them. And most importantly, there are many options for making this salad.
Beat the chicken fillet to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Spread out a sheet with seasonings for a tender chicken breast fillet. Put the fillets on one half.
Cover the fillet with the second half of the leaf. Apply a little pressure. Fry in a dry frying pan for 5 minutes on each side.
Peel and core the pear, chop the orange, peel the kiwi and remove the seeds from the pepper. Chop the fruit and pepper. Wash the arugula.
Cut the finished chicken into cubes. In a bowl, mix fruit, arugula and chicken. For dressing, mix lemon and orange juices, add butter, soy sauce and honey. Mix well.
Arrange the salad in glasses, pour the dressing and sprinkle with grated cheese.
