Salad with Cod Liver Recipe
I wanted to make a salad with canned fish, something like mackerel, climbed into the locker and found a jar of cod liver. And so I wanted to try it, but I decided to cook something for dinner, such as a salad. Based on the products found in the refrigerator, this option is compiled.

  1. Boil potatoes and eggs and peel. Cut potatoes, eggs and pickles into thin slices. Put the potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add the egg.
  3. And then a pickled cucumber.
  4. Add the green peas.
  5. Add green onions, herbs and a little mayonnaise. Add salt and mix very carefully so as not to tear thin slices.
  6. Place the salad in the center of a flat plate. Drain the liver from the butter, cut into small cubes and put on top of the salad. Cut the fresh cucumber into thin slices, the tomato into half rings, put it around the salad, alternating.
  7. Garnish with sprigs of dill. My husband really liked the salad, but I’ve been dragging myself with cod liver all my life.
