  1. Set of products. In General, I like cottage cheese in salads in combination with onions. But you can’t always afford to eat onions during the day 😉 Therefore, for this salad, I have chosen the ingredients so that the taste is bright, and the freshness of the breath does not suffer))) I suggest using a juicy and crunchy salad, best of all – iceberg or frillis.
  2. Everything is simple: wash the vegetables and herbs, dry them, and cut them. Add the cottage cheese, salt, ground black pepper.
  3. Fill with fragrant vegetable oil, I usually use sesame or sunflower. Stir.
  4. That’s all, you can help yourself to a healthy, light, very tasty salad!
