Boil the potatoes in the “uniform” in advance, cool, peel the skin. Cut into small cubes – potatoes, pickled cucumbers, pork and onion half-rings.
Prepare the dressing: combine-olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, crushed garlic, mustard seeds, mix. Finely chop the parsley or other herbs and bell pepper.
