  1. Vegetables are washed, dried. We clean from the skin, except for the cucumber. To make the salad look beautiful, I will grate all the vegetables on a Korean grater, cut the onion thinly into half rings. I had a large onion for this salad and I took half of it. We put the vegetables in a salad bowl.
  2. Fill with linseed oil, combine. Then add the lemon juice to taste. I tried, I was satisfied with 1 st l approximately.
  3. And now add salt to taste and, if desired, pepper with freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Cover with a lid and let stand for 15 minutes in the refrigerator, so that all the ingredients “make friends”. Serve as a salad…
