  1. Peel the radish and apple and grate on a Korean carrot grater. If you want to remove the sharpness from the radish, then throw it into a colander and pour boiling water over it. Finely chop the onion, add spices and sour cream / mayonnaise. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes. Mix the salad thoroughly.
  2. Cucumbers cut into circles or obliquely. When serving: put the cucumber slices on a plate, and put the salad in the center. By the way, a more tender and juicy salad will turn out if cucumbers are cut into thin strips or grated on a grater for Korean carrots, and immediately added to the salad.
