  1. Beef liver (150 gr.) boil in salted water, then grate on a medium-sized grater.
  2. Pickled mushrooms (2 handfuls) cut into small pieces.
  3. Eggs (2 pcs.) cut into small cubes.
  4. Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl, then add canned peas (3 tablespoons), salt the salad to taste, season with mayonnaise.
  5. Ready.
