In this salad, you can use any pasta. Add fish, vegetables, olives, season with salad sauce, and dinner is ready. This salad will completely replace your main dish in hot weather – quite nutritious, fast and delicious!

  1. Wash and peel all the vegetables. The pasta is boiled in boiling salted water to the state of “al dente”; the water is drained, olive oil is added and mixed.
  2. Add the salmon pieces.
  3. Arugula, greens, chopped lettuce leaves.
  4. Finely chopped onion, olives cut into 2-3 pieces.
  5. And caviar (you can use any red caviar, I, for example, trout caviar).
  6. Mix everything together and serve. If desired, you can add salad dressing to enhance the taste, although ingredients such as salmon, caviar and olives do not require additional salt, and olive oil + salmon – an additional amount of fat, although this, of course, is a matter of taste.
