  1. Pour oil into a well-heated frying pan, add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates. In a salad bowl, put the pre-chopped Peking cabbage (only the green soft part). Cut the onion into half rings and put it on the cabbage.
  2. Cut the pepper into strips and put it on the onion. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice. Place the fried mushrooms on top.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put it on the mushrooms. Garnish the salad with chopped dill greens. If someone does not have enough oil from frying mushrooms, sprinkle the salad with oil.
