I always cook some pineapple salad for the festive table. It happens that a couple of pineapple rings remain unused. And the next day I propose to prepare a completely everyday salad.

  1. The main ingredients. If you are not afraid of sweets in salads – feel free to take more pineapple. Unfortunately, I can’t afford it, because my husband and son don’t understand sweet salads, and I cook such everyday salads for the whole family)))
  2. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Mash slightly with your hands (you can add a very small pinch of salt and sugar). Pineapple and pickled cucumber are also cut into strips.
  3. Chop the Peking cabbage. For salads, I take only the soft part of the leaves.
  4. Mix the chopped ingredients, add your favorite herbs, season with oil.
