Instructions
Pour water in a ratio of 1 to 2, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook with the lid closed for 20 minutes.
Quinoa is ready put in a bowl and allow to cool.
Add mini mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes to the quinoa.
Make a dressing of salt, sugar, ground black pepper, rice vinegar and olive oil, pour over the salad, mix.
Sprinkle the salad on top with green Basil leaves, serve.
