- Wash the quinoa well and boil it according to the instructions on the package, cool it down. Cut the cheese into plastic pieces, mix the ingredients for dressing in a small container: olive oil, fruit vinegar, salt, freshly ground pepper, a little light balsamic (this balsamic has a wonderful piquant sweet taste), shake well.
