Peel and grate the ginger and cut the pear into thin slices.
Wash the quinoa well and boil it according to the instructions on the package, cool it down. Cut the cheese into plastic pieces, mix the ingredients for dressing in a small container: olive oil, fruit vinegar, salt, freshly ground pepper, a little light balsamic (this balsamic has a wonderful piquant sweet taste), shake well.
Add the ginger to the quinoa and mix thoroughly.
From quinoa to form a neat substrate.
Put the pear slices on top.
On the pear pieces of cheese (you can crumble).
On top of the salad, pour the dressing liberally (shake the dressing a few more times before this).
Before serving, garnish with finely chopped dill and pink pepper seeds (optional).
