  1. Rinse and cook the rice in any way or according to the instructions on the package. Cool the rice.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with wasabi until smooth. Wasabi is a Japanese horseradish that is sold as a ready-made paste or powder. You can easily buy it in any place that sells rolls and sushi. I recommend adding a small amount of wasabi to the mayonnaise first, and if necessary add more, as it is very spicy!
  3. Put the first layer of rice on a serving dish. To make the salad homogeneous, I spread it on the dish with a ring of a detachable mold.
  4. Brush the rice with spicy mayonnaise.
  5. Next, lay out the finely chopped red fish.
  6. Then sprinkle with finely chopped dill or any other fresh herbs.
  7. The next layer is finely chopped red onion.
  8. Then cut the boiled carrots into small cubes.
  9. Next – grated proteins. Brush well with mayonnaise.
  10. The next layer is cucumber, cut into small cubes.
  11. Brush with the remaining mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with egg yolk and decorate to your liking. Let the salad stand for 1-2 hours in a cool place before serving. Enjoy your meal!
