  1. Wash the arugula and figs and let the water drain.
  2. Cut thinly balyk, remove the mozzarella from the brine.
  3. Put arugula, balyk, mozzarella, sliced figs on a common dish or in portions on plates. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt if necessary. That’s it, our salad is ready!
