Salad with Sausage, Vegetables and Apple Recipe
Salad with sausage is most often a simplified version of a meat salad. I add an apple to this salad for juiciness and taste. You can take any sausage – from boiled to smoked.

  1. Marinate the onion. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Pour boiling water over the onion. Add wine vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Cover the bowl with a lid and set aside. After cooling, drain the water, cool the onion.
  2. Prepare pre-boiled and chilled vegetables. Peel the fresh cucumber and cut into small cubes.
  3. And carrots.
  4. And potatoes.
  5. Grate the pickled cucumbers and the peeled apple on a coarse grater.
  6. Boiled and peeled eggs cut into small cubes.
  7. I pre-cut the boiled sausage into slices and lower it into boiling water. Stir, remove quickly and cool. This is optional. Cut the sausage into cubes.
  8. Put the prepared products in a large bowl and add finely chopped green onions and canned peas.
  9. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Ready.
