  1. Discard the seaweed and rinse (I have pickled). Cut the tomato into strips, removing the core. Boil the eggs and cut into strips. Chop the greens.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing mustard, soy sauce, spices, garlic and honey.
  3. And mix the dressing with the rest of the ingredients.
