I didn’t find any shrimp for the salad, so I bought shrimp in a shell.
Boil the shrimp for 1 minute in salted water with bay leaf, drain and cool the shrimp. Peel them from the shell.
Thoroughly wash the greens, tomatoes and avocados. Dry.
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and put them in a deep bowl. Cut cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters, add to the salad.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the pulp and cut into cubes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not darken, mix gently.
Prepare salad dressing. Finely chop the dill greens. Crush the garlic with a knife and finely chop. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and dill.
Add avocado and shrimp to the salad bowl (leave a few pieces for decoration). Mix very gently.
