Salad with Shrimp, Avocado, Mango and Tomatoes Recipe
This is one of my favorite salads, it is so colorful and immediately resembles a New Year’s, because it is not only delicious, but also bright. Very tasty.

Ingredients

teaspoon
Seasoning
(to taste)
Instructions
Slice the avocado, having previously removed the bone and all the pulp with a spoon, peel the mango and cut into cubes.
I wash the peeled ready-made shrimp, cherry tomatoes and cut everything.
Mix everything together with finely chopped lettuce leaves, green onions, parsley and mayonnaise mixed with mustard and lime juice. Salt and pepper.
I spread the salad in avocado shells on the lettuce leaves. Garnish with tomatoes and mango slices.
