Instructions
Boil the rice and shrimp until tender.
Bake the peppers in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Skin them. Cut into cubes.
Wash the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, cut into cubes.
Fry the seeds in a frying pan until golden brown (without oil).
Combine rice, shrimp, pepper, tomatoes, corn, seeds. Add salt and pepper (ground black) to taste.
Turn up the gas. Mix the juice of half a lemon and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Stir the salad and season it.
Put the salad on a plate, sprinkle with seeds, garnish with shrimp and banana rings.
