Lemon juice
Instructions
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, separate the legs (use only caps). Chop the caps, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Fry the onion in olive oil until softened.
For the sauce, mix honey with mustard and lemon sauce.
Combine all the ingredients for the salad, put on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
