As a rule, the salad is prepared for one or two. Cut the tomatoes in half, and the cucumber into strips. I did it with a Berner grater (I like it, although it’s not an advertisement).
Olives (it is more convenient to take pitted) cut in half, greens (I have dill and parsley) are smaller.
Cut the fish into thin slices.
Mix all the products, and for dressing take soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, add to taste and optionally ground black pepper. When serving, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
