  1. Prepare the products. The oil should be at room temperature. Free the cherries from the seeds and throw them on a sieve to drain all the resulting juice as much as possible. This operation took the longest.

On the dough, under the cherry, you can pour a layer of almond flour, if any, the cake will have a more refined taste.
  9. Turn the oven on 180 * C. Remove the dough from the freezer and grate evenly on a coarse grater over the cherries. Bake the pie for 45-50 minutes. The top should be browned.
