Sandwich “Special” Recipe

I must say that I did not come up with the recipe, but just repeated an interesting version from the author’s magazine! Make a sandwich, it will give you a lot of fun! The sandwich is unusual in composition and appearance! There is everything for a delicious breakfast: salmon, cheese, avocado cream and poached egg!

Ingredients

150gram Salmon (salted, or other fish)
2pieces Egg
2pieces Avocado
60gram Cream cheese(soft)
1piece Lemon(juice)
2slices Bread
Vegetable oil(to lubricate the package in the preparation of poached eggs)
Greenery
Black pepper(ground)

Instructions

All products are issued at the rate of two servings. To prepare such sandwiches, you will need small bowls. I took not quite bowls, but rather molds, and, as it turned out later, it was possible to take a little more. To begin with, cut the pieces of bread according to the size of the bowls, which will become the basis of the sandwich.
Put pieces of salmon (or other similar fish) on the bottom and sides of each bowl.
Mash the avocado pulp, add soft cream cheese and lemon juice. For cooking in my molds, one avocado and 0.5 lemon juice would be enough. Therefore, when preparing the cream, indicate the direction for the selected container.
To prepare a poached egg, take a thick cellophane bag, lubricate the inside with vegetable oil, put it in a glass and break the egg into a bag.
Form a bag, put it in a saucepan with boiling water and soak for 3-4 minutes. (Depending on the preferred consistency of the yolk). The bag unwound a little, and the egg turned out not very smooth!
Put a poached egg in each bowl.
Put the cheese and avocado mass on top and cover with bread. Then turn the bowls onto a flat plate and take out the sandwiches.
Ready!
