Use green onions as desired.
Eggs can be taken 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the appetite.
Bread is better used for toast.
Cheese-soft, well-suited cheddar. You can also take 1 or 2 pieces. Beat the eggs with salt.
Heat a frying pan and melt the butter.
Pour the eggs into the pan and place two slices of bread, first dipping them on both sides. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Turn the bread and egg over.
Wrap all the protruding parts of the bread.
Put cheese on one bread and sprinkle with herbs.
And fold our sandwich. Then fry a little on both sides.
