  1. Sangria is prepared on the basis of good red grape wine with the addition of citrus fruits, sugar, cinnamon and mineral water. Different regions of Spain have their own recipes: add fruits (kiwi, peach), prepare white sangria.
  2. Peel the peach, slice the orange together with the zest, cut the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  3. Put the prepared fruits in a jug, add the juice and lemon zest, sugar, brandy, cinnamon.
  4. Pour the chilled wine, lightly squeeze the juice from the fruit with a wooden spatula, add water and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. It is not recommended to store the finished sangria longer, since the juice under the influence of alcohol begins to ferment and the taste of the drink worsens.
