  1. Prepare the ingredients for the aspic. I decided to make a seafood platter. Delicious fish, I have a catfish, put out with a spoonful of vegetable oil until ready. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put dry dill, Bay leaf, allspice, and salt in a pot of water. When the water with spices boils, send in the frozen prawns. Cook them from the moment of boiling for 2-3 minutes and turn off the water. To make the prawns soaked in spices, put them in the broth until it cools down.
  3. Cut the catfish into pieces. Clean the shrimp from the shell. Strain a glass of the broth in which the prawns were cooked.
  4. In the shrimp broth, dilute the gelatin, focusing on the instructions on the pack. I have gelatin for the jelly with spices.
  5. With large tomatoes, cut off the top and select the seeds and juice with a spoon.
  6. Mix the pieces of catfish and shrimp with the chopped parsley.
  7. Fill the tomatoes with the filling and pour in the broth. Leave in the refrigerator to freeze.
