  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Wash tomatoes and greens, dry them.
  3. Cut tomatoes into slices, put them in a salad bowl.
  4. Peel the shrimp, fry on 1 tbsp vegetable oil, I use vegetable oil, the quality is excellent. Transfer hot to a salad bowl.
  5. Mix mustard and 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
  6. Chop the onion, add to the salad bowl, chop the pistachios.
  7. Add pistachios, season salad with oil-mustard mixture, mix, pepper. I didn’t salt it. Serve to the table.
