Wash the rice thoroughly, add it to boiling water and cook until ready.
Cook the prawns in a separate container for 1-2 minutes, also adding them to boiling water. Add 1-2 tsp of salt to the shrimp. Note: this method of cooking is only suitable for cooked-frozen shrimp, if used raw, they need to cook longer – about 5-10 minutes
Cooked prawns clean from the shell, remove the head and tail.
Cut the avocado and tomato into pieces so that they are about the same size.
Wash the arugula, dry it, and divide it into leaves.
Collect the bowl – put the lettuce leaves on the bottom, break the bowl into 4 quarters and put the rice, tomato, avocado and shrimp in them. You can also use any other serving option you like. Bon Appetit!
