Heat the spices in the oil (except garlic). Add honey.
Cut the corn in half and the carrots into strips. Fry the carrots for a couple of minutes, add the corn. Fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the shrimp and garlic. Salt. Fry the prawns for a couple of minutes on each side (the prawns should turn pink, but do not overdo it). You can serve it with Thai sweet chili sauce.
