Simple Salad Recipe
You just open the refrigerator, and there are products in it that are very small and that need to be used. That’s what happened to me today. There were boiled potatoes, one tomato, a small piece of cheese and open sour cream. A salad was quickly born in my head simply from all the products combined.

Instructions
  1. Prepare the dressing. Put the sour cream in a saucer, finely chopped garlic clove and herbs. From the greens I had young dill and parsley. Stir and add salt to taste. Sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise or take sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions. Prepare the products for the salad. I have potatoes and tomatoes, a small piece of cheese.
  2. I will prepare this salad in layers in the form of a ring. I will prepare 2 servings of my own products. So, I’ll cut the tomatoes and potatoes in half. My potatoes were already cooked “in uniform”. I peeled it and cut it into small cubes. We lubricate the ring from the inside with sunflower oil (so it is easily removed and does not break the edges of the salad). The bottom layer will be potatoes. Put it in a ring and spread a layer of dressing. I cut a tomato, and it turned out to be meaty. The pulp should be removed from it so that there is not a lot of tomato juice in the salad. Cut into cubes and lay out the second layer, again smearing the top with dressing. Grate the cheese. I also visually divided the cheese into 2 portions and left some for serving to decorate the finished salad. The cheese will be the top layer, and it does not need to be spread.
  3. Easily remove the ring. Cover the salad in a plate with a lid and send it to the refrigerator to infuse and soak before serving for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Well, in order for a salad with a minimum of ingredients to become my “masterpiece”, I will decorate it before serving. Take the salad out of the refrigerator, sprinkle the remaining cheese a little chaotically, add micro-greens. I grow chickpeas in small vases on the window. I really like it. There were still a few olives left in the fridge. But here’s how I decorated the salad. Decorate according to your taste or do not decorate at all!
  5. Serve the salad to the table. That’s how wonderful it is.
