  1. First of all, we will need chicken liver. Wash the liver, remove fat and damaged pieces.
  2. Put the prepared chicken liver in a bowl, pour cold water and pour vinegar. Stir and leave for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Prepare the ingredients for the next step: peel the garlic and ginger and cut into slices, green onions and cut the white part from the greens, we will use only the white part, cut each white part of the onion in half lengthwise.
  4. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and put it on the fire. Add the dry seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add everything else except the liver. Let our marinade simmer slightly over low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. At this time, remove the liver from the water, transfer it to a sieve, and put the sieve in a deep bowl. Pour the liver with boiling water and leave in it for 2 minutes, i.e. blanch the liver. This is necessary so that when cooking in the marinade, scale does not form.
  6. Remove the sieve with the liver from the water and let it drain.
  7. We lower the blanched liver into a saucepan with boiling marinade, let the liquid boil again and cook at a low boil for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid and leave alone overnight. Take out the liver, slice it carefully, put it on a serving dish and serve it on the table. In a separate bowl, serve the soy sauce. Very tasty liver turned out!
