Instructions
We start working with the preparation of an omelet.
Fry the onion and mushrooms.
Beat the eggs, add the chopped greens,
Flour,
Mushrooms with onions, mix,
Pour into a frying pan and fry the omelet on both sides.
We cut off the pork cue ball and beat it well from both sides. Salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the omelet on top and roll it into a tight roll.
We chip the roll with toothpicks,
Breading it in flour, egg, breadcrumbs.
And deep-fry for 10 minutes. To be completely sure that the roll is ready, you can send it to the oven for 15-20 minutes, covered with foil.
We remove the skewers, cut the roll into “stumps”.
Decorate with herbs. We serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!!!
