Make a classic homemade mayonnaise.
I do this : I Break the eggs into a high , not too wide container, such as a combine bowl. I do this carefully, so that the yolks do not spread. We will only need them. Add salt, sugar and mustard. And whisk the mixture until smooth. I do this with a whisk attachment. Then I pour the oil in a thin stream , continuing to beat. When the sauce has thickened , add the lemon juice and whisk the mayonnaise again.
Add curry, pepper and dill. Stir.
I used a food processor to make the dressing sauce.
The dressing is ready!
Boil or bake the breast. Cubes.
Cut the mushrooms and
fry in butter until tender. Do not fry for a long time, this type of mushroom is prepared quickly.
Combine all the ingredients.
Add the sauce.
To prepare the tartlets. It is better to start before serving, so that the dough does not soften.
Fill the tartlets with salad. Garnish with grated cheese, chopped dill and roasted pine nuts.
