A few years ago I discovered soba – buckwheat noodles. A bright dish both in taste and appearance. It is satisfying, because the dish includes chicken – a very popular product. It’s easy to cook.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut into thin strips.
Sweet red pepper, it is more fragrant, and red onion cut into strips.
Zucchini cut into cubes,
4 stalks of green onions cut into small pieces.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken strips.
Put the pepper and lightly fry.
Then finely chop the onion and fry it.
Add the sliced zucchini.
Then sliced green onions. Stir and fry for 3 minutes.
Boil the soba for 4 minutes, put it on a sieve, transfer it and pour in the soy sauce.
Arrange the soba on plates, put the chicken and vegetables on top.
