Instructions
We will need very simple ingredients – leeks and carrots.
A little hot chili pepper.
In olive oil, quickly fry the onion, carrot and chili pepper. Carrots should remain crispy.
In a saucepan with hot broth, add rice noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then put the vegetables in the broth.
Boiled beef is cut into small pieces.
Chop the coriander.
We mix all the ingredients in a bowl so that the noodles float in the broth. Ready.
