Boil 1450-1700 ml of water in a saucepan, depending on what consistency of soups you like (thicker or thinner). Add everything that is fried to boiling water and cook until the pumpkin becomes soft (about 20 minutes).
Then add garlic, tomatoes, spices (you can take your own to taste), salt and cook for about 7 minutes.
After that, add the cheese, herbs and cook over low heat, stirring until the cheese melts.
