- 750 gram Pumpkin
- 4 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch Greenery
- 1700 ml Water
- 120 gram Cream cheese
- Black pepper to taste
- Ginger to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste

Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan 1450-1700 ml, depending on what consistency you like soups (thicker or thinner). In boiling water, add everything that is fried and cook until the pumpkin is soft (about 20 min.). Then add the garlic, tomatoes, spices (you can take your own to taste), salt and cook for about 7 minutes. After that, add the cheese, herbs and cook over low heat, stirring until the cheese melts.
