Instructions
The list of products required for cooking, all products must be at room temperature. For eggs, we separate the yolks and whites separately.
Stir the yolks with a whisk by hand and add baking powder, sugar, starch and sour cream, knead until smooth.
Whisk the whites with a mixer with a pinch of salt, at maximum speed. Up to the state of foam.
Mix the dough and whites gently with a spoon, until smooth.
Pour into a 16 cm mold, wrapped with paper, the bottom is oiled.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, at 170 degrees.
We take out, remove the paper, sprinkle with powder and decorate with berries.
