Instructions
In sunflower oil, quickly fry the finely chopped garlic.
Add the sliced olives and anchovies. Stir.
Grate the zucchini on a Korean carrot grater or cut it into very thin strips with a knife.
Put it in the pan and mix it gently. Fry. Add the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Put the finished spaghetti in a deep bowl.
Spread the gravy on top.
