Spanish Omelette with Cheese and Spinach Recipe
The basic version of a Spanish omelet consists of just a couple of ingredients – eggs and potatoes. In this recipe, I want to show an extended version of it.

  1. All ingredients are simple and easily replaceable.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the onion.
  3. Add the potatoes and fry until tender (about 25 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the spinach and fry until wilted.
  5. Break the eggs into a separate large bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix.
  6. Transfer the potato mixture to the eggs and add the cheese. Stir.
  7. Pour the mixture back into the pan. Five minutes later, when the mixture is stronger, turn the omelet. And fry for a few more minutes.
