Instructions
Cut the carrots into cubes 4-5 cm long. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for five minutes.
Add wine and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the wine is completely evaporated.
Add honey and soy sauce to the carrots, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
Cut the olives into slices.
Add olives to carrots and heat for 1-2 minutes, remove from heat.
That’s it, the side dish is ready, serve with meat or as a separate dish.
