Instructions
Finely chop the onion, bell pepper and carrot.
Cut the meat from the ribs and finely chop it. Cut the ribs lengthwise, dividing each in half.
Cut the sausages into slices.
Pour oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom and fry the vegetables quickly.
Add the meat cut from the ribs, fry.
Add sausage, garlic squeezed out of the press, pepper (add pepper to your taste, my husband likes very spicy) and paprika.
Rinse the lentils.
Pour 2 liters of hot water into a saucepan, add salt, lentils and ribs, cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
Finely chop the greens. 5 minutes before cooking, add the greens to the soup.
