Beef broth cooked in advance. Soak lentils in cold water for 30 minutes.
After the time the water is drained, washed lentils. Cut the potatoes into cubes. In boiling broth put lentils, tomato flakes and potatoes. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are ready.
Onions finely cut, carrots grated on a coarse grater. In the pan, heat up the olive oil, for 5 minutes frying vegetables to slightly golden color. Next, add to the pan hunting sausages, cut into thin slices. Vegetables, with sausages a little fry, then turn off the fire and add to the pan finely chopped garlic clove.
Uploaded all ready in broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve soup, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
