Cut the young zucchini or zucchini into small pieces.
In a saucepan, mix the zucchini, crushed garlic and chili, salt, sugar and white pepper. Mix it.
Add vinegar, sunflower oil and mix with mustard.
Put on the fire and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Be sure to stir occasionally. Whisk the finished snack into a puree with a blender.
A snack can be prepared for the winter. Place another hot snack in prepared hot jars. Sterilize for 15 minutes.
This snack is eaten immediately, still hot!! Enjoy your meal!
