Instructions
Spinach is cleaned and washed, dried. If the leaves are large, cut them off. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
Fry the pine nuts in a well-heated frying pan without oil.
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Then prepare the filling. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add olive oil and a little leek.
Place the spinach, cherry and mini mozzarella on a plate along with the remaining onion. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts and pour over the dressing.
