Stuffed Cutlets in Potato fur Coat Recipe

  1. Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until golden brown, add soy sauce and keep on low heat for a minute.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with mushrooms and onions, add chopped parsley.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into plates and beat, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Peel and grate the potatoes on a medium grater, add 1 tbsp flour and mix, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Beat the eggs lightly with a fork.
  6. Wrap the filling in fillets.
  7. Roll them in flour.
  8. Then dip in the egg.
  9. Then put the potatoes on top, pressing lightly so that they hold very well, and put them in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry on both sides until golden brown.
  10. Put it in a baking dish and send it to the oven preheated to 200C for 10-15 minutes, until ready. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
