  1. Prepare all the necessary products. Let’s get started. Boil the eggs.
  2. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into half rings, throw it on a hot oil pan, pass it for 2 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown.
  3. Next, divide the eggs into two halves, put the whites aside. In the bowl of a blender, combine the yolks, green peas, cottage cheese, sour cream, fried onions. And grind everything to a homogeneous mass.
  4. Next, add soy sauce, salt and pepper (to taste), mix.
  5. The resulting mass is transferred to a pastry bag with a nozzle. Fill the middle of the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with herbs and French mustard!
